At Skynetera, we partner with reliable shipping carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and trusted local postal services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. Orders are processed once your payment has been successfully verified.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding U.S. federal holidays observed as of March 12, 2025:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Presidents’ Day (February 17)
- Memorial Day (May 26)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (September 1)
- Thanksgiving Day (November 27)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) are processed the next business day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Options, Delivery Times & Rates
Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping destination. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. If you do not see this email, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can also visit our Order Tracking page to follow your shipment’s progress.
Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to update. If your tracking status is unavailable, your package may still be awaiting initial carrier scan.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Skynetera only ships within the continental United States. We do not currently ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
- International destinations
We are actively working to expand our shipping regions in the future.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time. We will notify you directly if this applies to your order.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Skynetera is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Delivery delays due to address errors
- Returned or undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will be required. Additionally, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items once a package has been marked as delivered or forwarded at the customer’s request.
