How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer support within 180 days of receiving your order by either:

- Emailing us at Support@Skynetera.com
To expedite your request, please provide the following:
- Full name on the order
- Order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing the product condition or defect (if applicable)
- Your preference: Refund or Replacement
Eligibility Criteria for Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 180 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached)
- The return is accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or confirmation email)
Eligible Returns
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a free return label and offer either a full refund or a replacement.
Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns:
You may return unused, non-sale items that meet the original condition requirements. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to our U.S. return address (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
Items on sale or clearance (unless damaged or defective)
Items customized or personalized incorrectly due to customer-provided errors
Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)
We encourage all customers to review their order carefully before completing a purchase, especially for custom or personalized items.
Return Shipping & Costs
We offer free return shipping for damaged or defective products.
For other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, no restocking fee is charged.

Return Procedure
Once your return request is approved:
- Package Your Return: Include a printed copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
- Ship the Item: Use your preferred courier or local postal service. Provide us with the tracking number via email.
- Processing: Upon receipt and inspection, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or replacement.
Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear on your statement.
