The short version
- This policy covers skynetera.com and the services Skynetera, LLC provides under its brands: Callston, Logicron, Skynetera Hardware & Robotics and the brands we launch in the future. Whichever brand you deal with, Skynetera, LLC is responsible for your information.
- We collect what we need to provide those services: account and billing details, Callston call and message records, Logicron project communications, hardware orders and support messages.
- We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our corporate website sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
- Stripe processes card payments, so we never receive or store your full card number. Telecommunications carriers receive only what they need to connect Callston calls and text messages.
- Call recordings, text messages and the data clients give us during projects belong to our customers. Callston records calls only when the account holder turns recording on, and we access customer content only to provide the service, help when asked, prevent abuse or comply with the law.
- Our hardware sends no personal data to us, and our vision modules process images on the device.
- You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information by emailing our privacy team, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
This summary is for convenience only. The full text below is the binding version.
1. Who we are and scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Skynetera, LLC (“Skynetera”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information, and the rights you have. Skynetera, LLC is a U.S. limited liability company organized under the laws of Skynetera. LLC. “Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you.
We provide our services through brands, each operated from its own website. The brands are not separate companies: whichever brand you deal with, Skynetera, LLC provides the service and is responsible for your personal information as the controller (or “business” under U.S. state privacy laws), except where section 7 explains that we act for a business customer. Our brands are:
- Callston (callston.com), a browser-based cloud phone service. Customers make and receive calls in the browser, send and receive text messages, rent local, mobile and toll-free numbers in more than 100 countries, forward calls, record calls if they choose to, and add calling to their own software with the Click2Call widget and HTTP API. Calls, messages and numbers are paid for from a prepaid balance.
- Logicron (logicron.com), our software engineering and IT services brand. Its team designs, builds and supports web platforms, SaaS products, mobile apps, telecom and CRM systems, cloud infrastructure and automation for business clients, under written proposals.
- Skynetera Hardware & Robotics, our in-house hardware division, which is described on this website. It develops educational electronics kits, open-source automation modules, robotics platforms, on-device vision modules and the firmware that runs them, and takes on custom electronics and firmware engineering.
We will launch more brands on their own websites in the future, and this policy will cover them unless we tell you otherwise.
This policy applies when you visit skynetera.com or one of our brand websites, create or use an account with one of our brands, engage us for a project, buy from us, or contact us (together, the “Services”). If a brand publishes its own privacy notice for a particular service, that notice adds detail for that service, and this policy applies to everything it does not address. This policy does not cover third-party services (section 16). Our Terms of Service and Refund & Shipping Policy also apply.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account information: your name, email address, password, company name and account settings when you create an account with one of our brands, such as a Callston account. If your organization manages your account, it may also give us your name, email address and role.
- Billing information: your name, billing address, the services or products you pay for, balance top-ups, invoices and payment history. Businesses and schools may also give us a tax identification number or exemption certificate. Card details go directly to Stripe (section 6).
- Hardware orders: your name, shipping address, a phone number for delivery, the items ordered and your order history.
- Messages: our contact form sends the name, email address, company or school, topic, account, invoice or order number and message you enter to our team by email. We also keep support emails, project enquiries, and return, refund and warranty requests, including photos you send of damaged or faulty products.
- Customer content: the call recordings, text messages and other content you store in or send through Callston, and the systems and data you give us access to during a project (section 7).
- Marketing preferences: whether you have subscribed to, or opted out of, news from us.
Communications data (Callston)
When you use Callston, we create and keep the records needed to connect, bill and support your calls and messages. These records also include the phone numbers, and for text messages the content, of the people you communicate with.
- Phone numbers: the numbers you rent, their country and type, and their activation, renewal and release dates.
- Call detail records: for each call, the numbers dialed and received, the date, time and duration, the destination country, the cost charged to your balance and the outcome, such as answered, forwarded or missed. These records make up the call history in your account.
- Text messages: the content of the SMS messages you send and receive, and their metadata: the sending and receiving numbers, date and time, delivery status and cost.
- Call recordings: Callston records calls only when the account holder has turned recording on. Recordings are stored in the account so that its users can play them back.
- Call settings: call forwarding, call recording and similar settings for your numbers.
- Balance and top-up history: your prepaid balance, the top-ups you make, your automatic top-up settings, and the charges deducted for calls, messages and number rentals.
- Developer usage: if you use the Click2Call widget or HTTP API, your API credentials and records of the requests your integration makes and the calls it places.
- Number verification information: some countries, carriers and regulators require proof of identity, business registration or a local address before a phone number can be activated or kept. Depending on the number, this can include your name, business name, address, a copy of an identity document or business registration, and proof of address. We ask for it only for numbers that require it.
Professional services data (Logicron)
- Business contact details: the names, job titles, email addresses and phone numbers of the people we work with at a client or prospective client.
- Project communications: project requirements, proposals, statements of work, meeting notes, and the messages, files and feedback we exchange while we plan, build and support a system.
- Client data: while we build, migrate or support a client’s systems, the client may give us access to its source code, databases, servers or test data, which can contain personal information about the client’s staff, customers or users. We process that data as a service provider or processor, only on the client’s instructions and under the project agreement (section 7).
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our corporate website is a static site hosted by Hostinger. The hosting provider records your IP address, browser user agent, the URL requested, the date and time, and the referring page. These logs are kept for about 30 days to keep the site secure and working. Our brand websites and web applications keep similar logs.
- Account activity. In Callston and our other online services, we record sign-ins, IP address, browser and device type, settings, and the activity needed to run your account and keep it secure. We also collect technical diagnostics about call connections, such as network quality and error codes, to troubleshoot call problems.
- Approximate location. We may derive your country or region from your IP address to calculate taxes, apply the rules that govern phone numbers and calling in your country, show shipping options and detect fraud. We do not collect precise geolocation.
Information from third parties
- Stripe confirms payments and sends us the card brand, last four digits, expiry date, billing address or postal code, and fraud-screening results.
- Telecommunications carriers and messaging providers deliver inbound calls and text messages to your numbers and send us call and message status, delivery reports, and the usage and charge records we need for billing.
- Your organization may create your account or add you as a user. Our clients give us the contact details of their staff who work with us on a project.
- Software you connect. When you embed the Click2Call widget or use the HTTP API in your own software, that software sends us the numbers to call and the related request data.
- Shipping carriers send tracking and delivery updates for hardware orders.
Hardware and devices
Skynetera Hardware & Robotics kits and modules collect no personal data and send nothing to us.
- Our firmware tools run locally in your web browser and talk to your board over USB. Your programs, sensor readings and settings stay on your computer and your device.
- Our vision modules process camera images on the device. Images and detection results are never sent to us.
- Wi-Fi-capable devices connect only to the networks and services you configure.
We learn about your hardware only when you tell us, for example in a warranty claim or an engineering enquiry.
3. How we use information
We use personal information only for the purposes below. For people in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, the table also shows our legal basis under the GDPR and UK GDPR.
| Purpose | Information used | Legal basis (EEA/UK) |
|---|---|---|
| Create and run your account, connect calls and messages, activate and keep phone numbers, deliver projects and ship orders | Account, communications, project and order information; customer content | Performance of our contract with you |
| Meet the requirements that carriers and regulators set for phone numbers, including identity and address verification | Number verification information, account information | Contract; legal obligation where the law of the number’s country requires it |
| Process payments and top-ups, calculate taxes and prevent payment fraud | Billing information, balance and top-up history, Stripe fraud signals, IP address | Contract; legal obligation; legitimate interests in preventing fraud |
| Handle hardware returns and warranty claims | Name, shipping address, phone number, order contents, photos you send | Performance of our contract with you |
| Answer messages, respond to project enquiries and provide support | Contact details, messages, account, invoice or order number, project and account information | Contract; legitimate interests in responding to you |
| Send service messages such as receipts, low-balance and number-renewal notices, project updates and security notices | Email address, account, billing and project details | Contract; legal obligation |
| Keep the Services secure and detect fraud, spam, unlawful robocalls and other abuse of our phone service | Server logs, sign-in events, call detail records, message metadata, device and browser information | Legitimate interests in protecting our customers, the people they contact, our carriers and our systems; legal obligation |
| Fix faults and improve our Services | Error logs, call-connection diagnostics, aggregated usage data | Legitimate interests in reliable services |
| Send news about our brands and services | Name, email address, marketing preferences | Consent, or legitimate interests for existing customers where the law allows |
| Keep accounting, tax and telecommunications records | Billing, payment and tax records, call detail records | Legal obligation |
| Enforce our terms, handle legal claims and respond to lawful requests | Information relevant to the matter | Legitimate interests in protecting our rights; legal obligation |
We do not use personal information for targeted advertising or to build profiles predicting your preferences. Two kinds of automated decision can affect you: Stripe’s fraud screening, which may decline a payment (section 6), and Callston’s automated fraud and abuse checks, which may block a call destination or pause outgoing calls or messages on an account that shows signs of fraud. If you think either happened in error, contact us and a person will review it.
4. Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser.
Our corporate website
By default, skynetera.com sets no cookies and uses no advertising, social-media or third-party analytics tools. We serve our fonts, images and scripts from our own hosting, so no third party learns about your visit except our hosting provider, through the server logs described in section 2.
Our brand websites and web applications
Callston and our other web applications use:
- Strictly necessary cookies, which keep you signed in, maintain your session and protect against forged requests and abuse. The Services cannot work without them.
- Preference cookies, which remember choices such as language and layout.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking in our web applications. Stripe’s checkout and invoice payment pages set Stripe’s own cookies to prevent fraud. If a brand website uses analytics or other optional cookies, it describes them in its own notice and asks for consent where the law requires it.
When a customer embeds the Click2Call widget in its own website or software, the customer’s privacy notice applies to its visitors and users, and we process the resulting call data for the customer as section 7 describes.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you from signing in. If we ever add optional cookies or analytics to this website, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information, for that browser and, if you are signed in, for your account. We already do neither, so the signal confirms our existing practice. There is no common standard for “Do Not Track” signals, and because we do not track you across other websites, our practices are the same whether or not your browser sends one.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We disclose personal information only as follows.
Service providers
These companies process personal information on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of it and require them to protect it:
- Hosting and infrastructure: Hostinger hosts our corporate website, and cloud hosting providers run our web applications and store data and backups.
- Telecommunications carriers and messaging providers: they supply phone numbers and connect Callston calls and text messages to and from telephone networks around the world. To do so, they receive the numbers involved, call and message metadata, the content of text messages and the audio of calls as they are carried, and, for numbers that require it, number verification information.
- Payment processing: Stripe processes card payments and screens them for fraud.
- Email delivery: providers that send receipts, account and project notices, and newsletters.
- Shipping carriers: the carriers delivering a hardware order receive your name, shipping address, phone number and order contents. For international orders, carriers and customs brokers also receive the contents and value that customs requires.
- Support and collaboration tools: help-desk, email, video-call and project-management services we use to answer you and run projects.
- Professional advisers: accountants, auditors, lawyers, insurers and sales-tax services, under duties of confidentiality.
Some carriers, messaging providers and Stripe also use information under their own legal obligations, for example to keep telecommunications or payment records or to prevent fraud, and in doing so act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
Other disclosures
- Across our brands. Callston, Logicron and Skynetera Hardware & Robotics are brands of Skynetera, LLC, so information you give any of them is held by Skynetera, LLC. We use it across brands only as this policy describes, for example to keep company-wide accounting records or to answer a question that involves more than one brand. Any affiliate we control in the future will follow this policy.
- Number registration. When a phone number requires verification, we share the information described in section 2 with the carrier or regulator that requires it.
- The people you contact. When you place a call or send a message, the recipient and their carrier receive your caller ID or sending number and, for a message, its content.
- At your direction. When you connect software to our Services, ask us to share information, or consent to it.
- Legal requirements. When we believe in good faith that the law requires it, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, warrant or other valid legal process, or to a lawful request from a public authority, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, the people they contact, the public or Skynetera, LLC. We review each demand, ask for it to be narrowed or object to it where it is unclear or overbroad, and disclose only what the law requires. Where the law allows, we will tell you before responding to a legal demand for your information. Calls and messages also pass through the networks of the carriers that connect them, and those carriers may have their own lawful interception and record-keeping obligations.
- Business transfers. In a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, personal information may transfer to the new owner, which must honor this policy or notify you of changes.
- De-identified data. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you. We keep it in that form and do not attempt to re-identify it.
6. Payment information
Stripe processes all card payments, for every brand. You enter your card details on a Stripe-hosted checkout or invoice payment page, or in Stripe’s secure payment fields, and they go directly to Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number or security code. Charges appear on your card statement as SKYNETERA, whichever brand you paid.
From Stripe, we may receive your card brand, the last four digits, the expiry date, your billing address or postal code, the payment status, and Stripe’s fraud signals. We use them to confirm payments, credit your balance, issue refunds, answer billing questions, calculate taxes and keep accounting records. If you turn on automatic top-up in Callston, Stripe keeps your card on file so that we can charge it when your balance falls below the level you set, and we still receive only the details listed above.
Stripe screens payments with its Stripe Radar fraud-detection service, which evaluates card details, IP address, device data and payment patterns across the Stripe network, and may block or flag a risky payment. We may decline or cancel a payment, top-up or order that Stripe flags; if you believe that was a mistake, contact us.
Stripe uses payment information under its own privacy policy, in some cases as an independent controller for fraud prevention and legal compliance. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
7. Customer content in our services
“Customer content” is the content our customers store in or send through our Services, and the data our clients give us access to during a project. It includes:
- In Callston: call recordings, the content of text messages, and the call history and call settings in the account.
- In Logicron projects: the source code, databases, documents, test data and systems a client gives us access to, including data in systems we build, host or support for the client.
Customer content belongs to the customer.
- The customer is the controller (or “business” under U.S. state law). It decides what to store, who can see it and how long to keep it.
- We act as its processor or service provider. We process customer content only to provide, secure and support the Services, on the customer’s instructions, under our Terms of Service or the project agreement, and as the law requires. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, use it to train artificial intelligence models, or combine it with other data except as the law allows a service provider to do.
- We access it only when we need to. Our staff access call recordings, message content and other customer content only to provide the Services, such as delivering a message or playing back a recording; to give support when the customer asks us to, and only as far as the request needs; to investigate and prevent security incidents, fraud, spam and abuse, including when a carrier reports unlawful traffic; or when the law requires it, as section 5 describes. Access is limited to staff who need it for one of these purposes.
- A Data Processing Agreement is available on request from [email protected].
Customers who record calls or send text messages are responsible for giving the notices and obtaining the consents the law requires, as our Terms of Service explain.
If a customer holds your information, for example because a Callston customer called or texted you, recorded a call with you, or is a Logicron client whose systems hold your data, please send privacy requests to that customer. If you contact us instead, we will refer you to the customer, or forward your request with your permission.
Callston account holders can play back recordings, delete recordings and messages in their account or by asking us, and turn recording off at any time. After an account closes, its customer content stays available for export for 30 days and is then deleted. When a Logicron engagement ends, we return or delete client data as the project agreement provides and remove our access to the client’s systems. If you use Callston for yourself rather than for an organization, you control your own content and we process it only to provide the Services to you.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including legal, tax, accounting and telecommunications requirements.
| Category | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Account information | Life of the account, plus 30 days after closure so you can export your data |
| Call recordings and text messages | Until the customer deletes them, or 30 days after the account closes |
| Call detail records, text message metadata, phone number records, balance and top-up history | 7 years after the call, message or charge, because they are the billing records behind each charge, unless a carrier or telecommunications regulator requires a different period |
| Number verification information | While the number is active, and afterwards only as long as the carrier or the regulator of the number’s country requires |
| Client data accessed during a project | For the engagement and any support period, then returned or deleted as the project agreement provides |
| Payment, invoice, order, project agreement and tax records | 7 years after the transaction or the end of the engagement |
| Support and project correspondence, returns and warranty claims | 3 years after the matter or engagement closes |
| Contact-form messages that do not lead to an account, project or order | 2 years |
| Server logs | About 30 days |
| Error logs and call-connection diagnostics | Up to 12 months, then deleted or aggregated |
| Marketing preferences | Until you unsubscribe, after which we keep your email address on a suppression list so we do not contact you again |
| Records of privacy requests | 24 months |
We may keep information longer when the law requires it, when a valid legal process asks us to preserve it, or to resolve disputes. Deleted information may remain in encrypted backups until they are overwritten on our normal cycle.
9. How we protect information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to the information we hold, including:
- HTTPS (TLS) encryption in transit on our websites and Services.
- Encryption at rest for databases, call recordings and backups that hold account information and customer content.
- Passwords stored only as one-way hashes, never in plain text.
- Access limited to staff who need it, with multi-factor authentication on administrative systems and confidentiality obligations.
- Fraud and abuse monitoring on Callston, including limits on unusual calling and messaging patterns.
- Access to client systems limited to the people working on the engagement, and removed when it ends.
- A static corporate website with no user accounts or database.
- Card data handled by Stripe, never by our servers.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires, and we will notify the business customer without undue delay where the breach affects its customer content. To report a security concern, email [email protected].
10. International data transfers
Skynetera, LLC is based in the United States, and we store and process personal information there. Some service providers may process it in other countries. Calls and messages to other countries, and phone numbers issued in other countries, also involve carriers in those countries, which receive the information needed to connect them. U.S. data protection law may differ from the law where you live.
When we transfer personal information from the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland to a country that has not been found to provide adequate protection, we use the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, supplemented by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum for UK data and adapted as the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner recognizes for Swiss data. We do not rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Email [email protected] for a copy of these safeguards.
11. Your rights and choices
Choices available to everyone
- Update your details in your account settings, or ask us to correct them.
- Export your data. Callston account holders can export, or ask us for a copy of, their call history, messages and recordings while the account is open and for 30 days after it closes. Logicron clients can ask for a copy of their project materials.
- Control call recording. Turn call recording on or off in your Callston account, and delete recordings and messages there or by emailing [email protected].
- Close your account in your account settings or by emailing [email protected].
- Revoke connected software by deleting its Callston API credentials, asking [email protected] to revoke them, or removing the Click2Call widget from your software.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails (section 15).
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, described in sections 12 and 13. We honor access, correction and deletion requests wherever you live, subject to legal exceptions.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] or use our contact form, and tell us what you are asking for and which brand, accounts, phone numbers, projects or orders it concerns. Requests are free. Where the law allows, we may decline, or charge a reasonable fee for, requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Verifying your identity
We verify requests before acting on them. If you have an account, we will ask you to make or confirm the request from the email address on it. Otherwise, we will ask you to match information we hold, such as an invoice or order number, the billing postal code, or a phone number on your account. Requests for specific pieces of information, such as call recordings or message content, need a higher degree of certainty and may require a signed statement. We use verification information only to verify your request.
Response times
We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend once by up to 45 more days and will tell you why. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, we respond within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests. If an exception applies, for example because we must keep tax or telecommunications records, we will explain what we cannot do and why.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may make a request for you. We will ask the agent for proof of your signed permission and may ask you to verify your identity with us directly, unless the agent holds a valid power of attorney.
Appeals
If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request appeal”. Someone not involved in the original decision will review it, and we will respond in writing within 45 days with our reasons.
12. U.S. state privacy rights

This section applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the “CCPA”). In the past 12 months we have collected the categories below, and we use and keep them as described in sections 3 and 8. We do not sell or share personal information, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16.
Subject to legal exceptions, you have the right to:
- Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you, its sources and purposes, and the categories of recipients.
- Delete personal information we collected from you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing. We do neither, and we honor GPC signals as described in section 4.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We already use it only for purposes the CCPA permits, such as providing the Services you request, verifying phone numbers as carriers and regulators require, and securing your account.
To exercise these rights, follow section 11.
Non-discrimination. We will not deny you goods or services, charge a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your privacy rights. We offer no financial incentives for personal information.
Shine the Light. Under California Civil Code section 1798.83, California residents may ask which personal information a business disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing. We make no such disclosures.
Other U.S. states
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have the right to confirm whether we process their personal information; to access, correct and delete it; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of targeted advertising, sales, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not engage in targeted advertising, sales or that kind of profiling. Where state law provides it, as in Oregon and Minnesota, you may also ask for a list of the specific third parties to which we disclosed personal information.
To make a request, follow section 11. If we decline, you may appeal as described there, and if you disagree with our appeal decision, you may contact your state Attorney General.
Nevada
Nevada residents may ask us not to sell their covered information. We do not sell covered information as Nevada law defines it, but you may still send a request to [email protected] and we will record it.
13. EEA, UK and Swiss rights
If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Skynetera, LLC is the controller of your personal information, except for customer content and client data, where we act as a processor (section 7). Subject to legal limits, you have the right to:
- Access your personal information and receive a copy.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Erase your information, or restrict how we process it.
- Receive it in a portable format, or have it sent to another controller.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
- Not be subject to solely automated decisions with significant effects. Apart from Stripe’s fraud screening (section 6) and Callston’s fraud and abuse checks (section 3), we make none, and you can ask a person to review either.
Exercise these rights as described in section 11. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular where you live or work or where you believe an infringement occurred. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner’s Office; in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
14. Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, or under 16 in the EEA and the United Kingdom. Accounts, projects and purchases must be made by adults aged 18 or older.
Our electronics kits carry age ratings, and some are suitable for younger builders working under adult supervision. Because the kits collect no personal data, children can use them without giving us any information. Parents, guardians and teachers place the orders and hold any accounts.
Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email [email protected].
15. Marketing communications
We send news about our brands and services by email only if you opted in or, where the law allows, if you are an existing customer who has not opted out. We do not sell or rent our mailing lists, and we do not use the phone numbers or contacts in your Callston account for our own marketing.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by emailing [email protected]. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
We will still send service messages after you unsubscribe, such as receipts, low-balance and top-up notices, phone number renewal and verification notices, renewal reminders at least 30 days before any annual renewal, project updates, shipping updates, security notices and notices of changes to our terms.
16. Third-party links and integrations
Our Services link to, and work with, services we do not operate: the telecommunications networks that carry calls and messages beyond our carriers; the CRM, help-desk and other software in which you embed the Click2Call widget or use our HTTP API; the hosting, app store and other third-party accounts used in client projects; and Stripe’s checkout and invoice payment pages. Our brand websites also link to one another and to this website. Third-party services handle information under their own privacy policies, not this one, and we are not responsible for their practices.
You decide which software you connect to our Services, and you can revoke its access at any time, for example by deleting the API credentials it uses or asking us to revoke them. Information we receive through a connected service is used only to provide the features you use.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our Services, brands, practices or the law change, and the “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. For material changes, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before they take effect, by email to account holders and clients, a banner on our websites, or both. Where the law requires your consent to a change, we will ask for it. Prior versions are available on request.
