Who we are

Skynetera, LLC is a limited liability company formed in Skynetera. LLC, United States. It provides its services under several brand names rather than one. Each brand is a line of business of the company, with a dedicated team, its own area of focus and, for online services, its own website. The brands are not separate companies or subsidiaries: all of them are Skynetera, LLC.

Today those are Callston, a browser-based cloud phone service at callston.com ↗ (opens in a new tab), and Logicron, our software engineering and IT services brand at logicron.com ↗ (opens in a new tab). Skynetera Hardware & Robotics, our in-house hardware line, has no separate website and is described here on skynetera.com. More brands are planned, and each will launch on its own domain as a brand of Skynetera, LLC.

The name is a deliberate nod to a famous piece of fiction about machines that turned against the people who built them. We think the opposite story is the one worth working on: intelligent systems that stay useful, understandable and under human control. That idea shapes how we design products and how we treat the people who use them.

What we do

Each brand concentrates on one line of work:

• Callston ↗ (opens callston.com in a new tab) (Cloud communications). Callston is a browser-based cloud phone service. Customers make and receive calls, send and receive text messages, and use local, mobile or toll-free numbers in more than 100 countries, with no hardware to install and no long-term contract.
• Logicron ↗ (opens logicron.com in a new tab) (Software engineering). Logicron is our software engineering and technology services brand. Its team designs, builds and supports web platforms, SaaS products, mobile apps, telecom and CRM systems, cloud infrastructure and AI automation for businesses of every size.
• Skynetera Hardware & Robotics (Hardware & AI robotics). Skynetera Hardware & Robotics is our in-house hardware division. It develops educational DIY microelectronic kits, open-source automation modules, and the firmware and developer frameworks that program them, with a growing focus on robotics and on-device AI vision.

How we operate

Each brand has a dedicated team and roadmap. Callston and Logicron also run their own websites: customers sign up for Callston at callston.com and request Logicron projects at logicron.com, and the prices and terms specific to each service are set out there or in a written proposal. Hardware & Robotics is run in-house and presented on this site. Because every brand is part of the same company, customers can rely on the same things whichever brand they work with: one legal entity, one set of policies, one payment processor and one support address for every brand.

When you use Callston, commission a Logicron project or order Hardware & Robotics products or engineering work, your contract is with Skynetera, LLC. Card payments are processed by Stripe, the charge appears on your statement as SKYNETERA, and support for every brand is available at [email protected].
